The LYKKE Driftwood 13cm (5") Interchangeable Needle Set is an integral part of my kit bag, and I love it. It's also available in the shorter 9cm (3.5") set that's my go-to for knitting up hats in the round.

Named after the Norwegian word for happiness, LYKKE combines high-quality materials and thoughtful design to produce beautiful, durable, happy-making needles. Made of birchwood, they're soft and warm to the touch and smooth on the yarn.

The 13cm (5") interchangeable set comes with 12 pairs of needles:

  • 3.50mm - US 4
  • 3.75mm - US 5
  • 4.00mm - US 6
  • 4.50mm - US 7
  • 5.00mm - US 8
  • 5.50mm - US 9
  • 6.00mm - US 10
  • 6.50mm - US 10.5
  • 8.00mm - US 11

  • 10.00mm - US 15
  • 12.00mm - US 17

The collection of needles is all wrapped up in a gorgeous Grey Denim Case. 

The 7mm (US 10.75) needles are not included in the set; they can be purchased separately.

Also included are the following:

    • 1 cord for 100cm (40")
    • 2 connectors
    • 4 keys
    • 8 stoppers

    Great needles

    I've been using individual needles and circulars for years. When I needed yet another to add the collection I thought I'd treat myself to these fantastic Lykke Driftwood Interchangeables. The needles feel really good to work with and are beautifully presented in this denim case. There's a great range of sizes plus all the accompaniments you could need. Delivery was really speedy and they arrived in perfect condition. If you're thinking about it, my advice would be to buy them, I highly recommend them.

    Hard to Find

    These were a very hard to find in stock set of needles. I'd seen them on a few podcasts and was intrigued enough to purchase them as my first set of needles ever (I'm a new knitter). The service from the Needle Store was top notch. They arrived quickly and very securely packaged (and with a lovely freebie sample so thank you Needle Store). The item itself is very aesthetically pleasing. The feel of the grey needle case is soft and luxe. The inside is ergonomically designed with a very useful pouch to store spare needles and cables like the 7mm I bought separately. Very happy to have discovered this store.

    Just what I needed
