Amirisu

Amirisu is a beautifully illustrated knitting magazine first published in August 2012; it's available in Japanese and English and is published biannually. Amirisu aims for practical knitting designs that can inspire the younger generation with references to modernity as well as drawing on the extensive history of Japanese art and culture. The magazine includes works by leading overseas designers as well as supporting homegrown Japanese designers. It is sold in about 120 stores in 22 countries worldwide and is hugely popular and loved. It's one of my favourites to enjoy with a hot cup of coffee, taking my time to appreciate the gorgeous pictures and well-written articles.
