AddiExpress Professional Knitting Machine

The AddiExpress Professional is a manual crank-operated knitting machine with 22 needles, manufactured in Germany by Addi. It produces tubular (circular) knit pieces approximately 10–15cm (about 4–6”) in diameter or flat panels up to about 15–20cm (6–8”) wide, using up to 19 needles in flat mode.

The machine switches between circular and flat knitting. In circular mode, it produces seamless tubes for items such as cuffs, socks, headbands, and hats. In flat mode, it creates straight panels to be joined for scarves, cushions, or larger items such as cardigans or patchwork pieces. Common projects include socks, mittens, leggings, door draft blockers, and holiday decorations.

It accommodates yarns corresponding to needle sizes 4–8mm (US 6–11), roughly DK to super bulky weights, though results depend on matching the yarn's gauge, fibre, and type for even stitches. A built-in mechanical row counter tracks rotations, and a practical thread guide helps manage yarn flow.

The construction uses plastic and metal components to ensure durability. The package provides basic accessories, such as replacement needles, feet for stability, and clamps for table mounting. You must operate this device manually; it does not support electrical attachments.

Designed for straightforward use, even without prior knitting experience. Thread the yarn, turn the crank by hand, and create consistent knit stitches.
