The LYKKE Driftwood 30cm (12") Straight Needles are available in 16 sizes from 2.75mm (US 2) to 12.00mm (US 17). All of the needles have both metric, as well as US sizes, etched on them.
I generally switch between straight and circular needles for knitting flat pieces, it all depends on my groove at the time. My Nan taught me to knit on straight needles, and they always remind me of her.
Named after the Norwegian word for happiness, LYKKE combines high-quality materials and thoughtful design to produce beautiful, durable, happy-making knitting needles. Made of birchwood, they're soft and warm to the touch and smooth on the yarn.
