LYKKE Indian Acacia (Rosewood) Ball Winder

I bought this a few months back and have already used it to wind several balls - it works great! The wood is much nicer than plastic alternatives, and I quite like how it looks sat out next to my knitting stash. It was easy to assmeble and good to go in a few minutes; now it's put together I just keep it ready to use, but you could also take it apart and re-assemble as necessary without much bother.

The product came as several parts inside a fabric bag inside a box. My only complaint would be that some of the wood looks a bit knocked about (almost like it is re-purposed wood) and there were some significant scratches on one of the parts of the winder when I got it out the bag (they look mechanical, like they were made during production - they're on a part that faces downards so you can't see them when it's assembled, but it's a shame to come like that). Given this is such an expensive item I'm a bit surprised that it got through quality check at the manufacturer.
